Welcome to Sandys Creations. By placing an order through our website or purchasing from us at markets and pop-up events, you agree to the following Terms and Conditions.

Sandys Creations is a handmade and custom product business based in Allegheny County, Pennsylvania.
2. Products
All items sold by Sandys Creations are made-to-order and personalized. Due to the handmade and custom nature of our products, slight variations in color, placement, size, and design may occur. These variations are normal and are not considered defects.
3. Customization Responsibility
Customers are responsible for providing accurate personalization details (including spelling, dates, colors, and design choices) at the time of order.
Sandys Creations is not responsible for errors submitted by the customer.
4. Order Processing
All orders are processed after full payment is received. Production times may vary depending on order volume and product type. Estimated processing times will be provided at the time of purchase but are not guaranteed.
5. Pricing and Payment
All prices are listed in U.S. dollars (USD). Payment is required in full at the time of purchase. We reserve the right to update pricing at any time without prior notice.
6. Shipping Policy
We currently ship within the United States only.
7. All Sales Are Final (No Returns or Refunds)

However, if your item arrives damaged or there is an error on our part, you must contact us within 3 days of delivery with photos of the issue. We will review the situation and determine an appropriate resolution.
8. Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 3 days of delivery at [your email].
Proof (photos) is required. If approved, we may offer a replacement at no additional cost.
9. In-Person Purchases
All purchases made at markets and pop-up events are final and cannot be returned or refunded.
10. Intellectual Property
All designs, logos, images, and content created by Sandys Creations are the property of the business and may not be copied, reproduced, or used without written permission.
11. Limitation of Liability
Sandys Creations is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or misuse of our products.

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania.
